The Top House serves its evening menu from 6pm - 9pm

home-made soup with chunky croutons served with fresh roll or garlic bread £4.00

crab & apple medley – chunks of local white crab meat and crunchy apple in a seafood sauce
served with mixed salad & granary bread £5.00

garlic bread - freshly baked ciabatta loaf spread with garlic & herb butter (cheesy topping optional) £3.50

prawn cocktail – juicy prawns in a marie-rose sauce served on a bed of lettuce with granary bread £5.00

mushrooms in a white wine and cream sauce served with chunks of crusty bread
or garlic bread £5.00

main courses:

cottage pie - prime minced beef with a creamy mashed potato topping finished with melted cheese served with mixed vegetables £7.00

home made traditional beef lasagne with fingers of garlic bread £7.50

steak & kidney pudding – chunks of steak & kidney in a suet pudding served with onion gravy,
chunky chips & peas £9.50

burger – 100% prime beef burger (melted cheese optional) presented with shredded salad and
fruity relish in bap served with chunky chips & onion rings £7.00

‘mr retallacks’ prime sirloin steak served with peas, sautéed mushrooms, onion rings & chunky chips £12.50
