Welcome to The Top House!!

Travel as far as you can south and you will happen upon Lizard village, the most southerly point in Britain. Nestled in the heart of the village is The Top House pub.

The Top House has been a hostelry for more than 200 years and prior to this a farmhouse – it still retains the real country feel.

Hotel accommodation was provided from the late 1800s up until the early 80s – however we are very pleased to announce that we have just completed a major refurbishment of the hotel accommodation and we can now offer 8 superb double / twin ensuite rooms. The refurbishment was inspired by the natural surrounding coastline and some of the views need to be experienced to be believed.

We are open all day from 12.00 pm serving fine ales and excellent home-cooked food. We host regular live entertainment, quizzes, local singers, themed menus and many other events throughout the year and we can assure you of a very warm welcome.

We fell in love with the Lizard and didn’t go home – let us share our beautiful home with you and make your visit a truly memorable one.
